What are the hours of operations for the mail order pharmacy?

The mail order pharmacy is open Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm. Also for your convenience, we have a 24-hour call center for after business hours.

What are maintenance medications?

Maintenance medications are any medications that you are on long-term or for chronic conditions.

How do I enroll?

A Vivo Health Pharmacy representative will actively reach out to you prior to your next refill, or you can enroll by downloading and completing this form

How can I obtain a refill?

You can request a refill by calling Vivo Health Pharmacy at 833-868-8486 and opt-in for automatic refills.

What if I want my prescription filled at my local pharmacy?

Most 30-day supply prescriptions can be filled up to two times at your local pharmacy (effective January 1, 2023).  Any additional fills of maintenance medications will be required to be obtained through mail order. Failure to use mail order may result in paying full-cost at your retail pharmacy.

Can I schedule delivery of my medications? And to where?

Standard delivery is two-day USPS for non-refrigerated items and refrigerated items will be shipped overnight.  Orders can be delivered to both your home and place of business.

How long will it take for me to get my medication?

Once processed, medications will be sent out two-day USPS.

How will I be notified about my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided via email as long as you provide your email address.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as your Healthcare Flexible Spending Account card.

If a copay card is available, can I use it for my prescription?

Yes, we take copay cards as well as copay assistance cards.  We will also contact you to let you know if one is available for your prescription. Please let us know if you are enrolled in a discount program.
