  • Requesting a Refill by Phone

    To request a refill, contact the Vivo Health Pharmacy where you originally filled your prescription. We can arrange for free home delivery and set up a recurring refill.

  • Requesting a Refill Online

    If your prescription is filled through Vivo Health Mail Order Pharmacy, click here to log in and order your refill.
