VIVO Health Pharmacy migrated to a new electronic health record and pharmacy operating system, Epic, on November 1, 2025. This is part of a Northwell Health initiative designed to create a more seamless and connected healthcare experience for you. Salesforce Mobile Texting Terms & Conditions for Pharmacy Texts

By providing your telephone number or otherwise providing your consent, you are agreeing to receive recurring autodialed (automated or messages sent using other computer assisted technology) text messages from or on behalf of Northwell Health, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated hospitals, facilities, physicians, providers, ancillary providers and companies (collectively, “Northwell,” “we,”  “us” or “our”).  Such text messages may be related to your relationship with Northwell Health’s Vivo Health Pharmacy business lines, including updates related to your prescriptions, prescription orders and Vivo App account.  Specifically, text messages may include new prescription reminders, prior authorization reminders, links to pay, and links to create a Vivo App account.  There is some risk that the information in text messages could be read by someone other than you.  By agreeing to receive text messages, you understand that the information may not be encrypted.

An opt-out for one type of communication or texting program will not create an opt-out for other types of communications or texting programs. This allows you to selectively decide what information you would like to receive. When opting out by texting “STOP,” your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
